Staying at this hotel was a great experience all around. The rooms were not only nice, big, clean, and had a lovely sea view but also featured private hot springs, especially those on the city side of the hotel, offering a perfect touch for a private onsen experience. The service was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, going above and beyond by setting up futons for us in the evening and assisting with tasks like parking the car and providing valuable advice on dining and sightseeing. The hotel's location was very convenient, being centrally located in the city close to restaurants, shopping malls, 7-11, bus stops, and the bay, though could have been slightly closer to some amenities. The dining experience, while serving simple but delicious dishes like Japanese cuisine, was noted to be a bit pricier for the offerings. Overall, this hotel offers a luxurious stay with great value, though the dining prices could be more competitive.
